Eligibility
Returns are accepted provided the item is returned in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
Items must be unused, unmarked, and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Timeframe
Customers must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Where possible, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Return postage costs for damaged or faulty items will be covered by us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
Exemptions
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
