Returns Policy

We want all customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted provided the item is returned in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

    • Items must be unused, unmarked, and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  2. Timeframe

    • Customers must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

    • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  3. Return Shipping

    • The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.

    • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  4. Damaged or Faulty Items

    • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

    • Where possible, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

    • Return postage costs for damaged or faulty items will be covered by us.

  5. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

  6. Exemptions

    • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
